# Review reply writer

> Paste a review, get two short reply drafts you can edit and post yourself.

Paste a review and pick a tone. You get two short drafts that answer what the customer actually said. They only use facts you confirm, so nothing gets promised that you haven't done. Edit them, then post the reply yourself.

## How it works

1. Paste the review exactly as the customer wrote it, typos and all.
2. If you like, add your business name, type and any facts you can confirm, such as a refund you've already issued.
3. Choose friendly, professional or concise, then write the drafts.
4. Tweak a draft, copy it and post it on the review site yourself.

## Good to know

- Drafts only, so check the details before you post anything.
- The writer never invents refunds, investigations, conversations or promises. If you don't confirm a fact, it uses neutral wording instead.
- Your review text is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the drafts. ReviewNudge does not store it.

## Questions people ask

### Is the review reply writer free?

Yes. There's a daily limit per visitor to keep costs fair. If the daily budget runs out, you get reply templates you can fill in by hand, so you're never stuck.

### Does it post the reply for me?

No. You copy the draft and post it yourself on Google, Trustpilot or wherever the review appeared. ReviewNudge never connects to your accounts.

### Will it make up an apology or a refund?

No. It only mentions facts you type into the "confirmed facts" box. Without them it acknowledges the feedback and invites the customer to get in touch, and it doesn't claim anything has been fixed.

### Do you keep the reviews I paste?

No. The text is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to write the drafts, and it isn't saved in our database, logs or analytics.

### Can the replies sound like me?

After your drafts, you can paste a few replies you've written and ScriptGrain, our sister product, will score how close the drafts are to your voice. A free ScriptGrain account can then draft in your voice. That step is optional.
