About ReviewNudge

ReviewNudge is a set of free tools for small businesses that want more genuine reviews and better replies to them. It is made by Adapt Progress Evolve Limited, a UK software studio run by Jack Stovell.

Why it is free

The same studio makes ScriptGrain, a writing tool that measures how you write and drafts in your voice. The review tools are useful by themselves. Some people who use the reply writer will also want every reply, email and post to sound like them, and ScriptGrain does that. There is no paid tier on ReviewNudge.

The rules the tools follow

• Review requests ask for honest feedback, never for five stars, and never offer a reward.
• Every customer is sent to the same review page. There is no rating screen that diverts unhappy customers.
• Reply drafts use only facts you confirm and are posted by you, after you have checked them.
• Testimonial cards format real feedback. The tools never write endorsements.

These follow Google's rules for reviews, including its prohibition on selectively asking for positive reviews and on incentives.

ReviewNudge before September 2026

ReviewNudge used to be a paid text-message service for requesting reviews. It closed in September 2026 and was replaced by these free tools.
