Stop receiving SMS from ReviewNudge

ReviewNudge sends review-request texts on behalf of local businesses. If you no longer want to receive them, there are two ways to stop, and both are immediate and free.

Reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message you received. Nothing further is sent, and any message still queued for you is cancelled immediately. This is the fastest route and it needs no account.

Use this page

Enter the mobile number that received the message on reviewnudge.app/opt-out and confirm. The number is added to the opt-out list and excluded from every future send, from every business using ReviewNudge.

What happens next

You will no longer receive SMS from us. If it was a mistake, contact the business directly and they can re-add you with your consent. Opting out does not delete the transaction record the business holds about you — that belongs to them, and they are the data controller for it.

How many messages you should ever get

At most three per transaction: one review request, one optional follow-up after three days if you have not responded, and one optional referral request if you left positive feedback. There are no recurring marketing messages. Standard carrier message and data rates may apply; ReviewNudge does not charge you.

Your rights

Consent to receive these messages can be withdrawn at any time under Article 6(1)(a) of the UK GDPR, and the sending itself is governed by PECR.
