How ReviewNudge pricing compares
ReviewNudge does the review-collection part of a reputation suite and prices accordingly: £6.99 a month to start, against Podium from around £400 a month and Birdeye from around £300 a month. You give up the wider reputation-management suite; you keep automated SMS review requests, the complaint firewall, referral tracking and smart send timing.
What counts as an SMS review request
One review request is one outbound text to one customer. A customer receives at most three messages per transaction — the initial review request, an optional follow-up after three days if they have not acted, and an optional referral request if they left positive feedback. Replying STOP ends all of it immediately and cancels anything still queued.
Trials, upgrades and cancellation
The Starter plan has a free 14-day trial: up to 50 SMS review requests, no charge until day 15, with an email reminder on day 7. Plans can be changed at any time from the dashboard, and cancelling leaves your access running to the end of the billing period. Prices are listed in GBP and change only with 30 days' notice.
