If you received a text from us
If you are a customer of a business that uses ReviewNudge and you want the messages to stop, reply STOP to the message, or use the opt-out page. You do not need an account and there is nothing to pay.
Things worth checking first
If a text has not arrived, check the send delay for your industry — a restaurant default holds the message for two hours and an auto service for 24. Delivery status for every message is on the dashboard, including carrier rejections, and failed sends are retried through the back-up provider before being marked failed. If a customer's number is on the opt-out list no message is sent, by design.
Billing questions
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe and billed monthly in GBP. Plan changes and cancellations take effect from the dashboard; cancelling leaves access running to the end of the billing period. Prices are on the pricing page and change only with 30 days' notice.
