What happens on day 15

If you do nothing, the Starter plan starts at £29 a month and your allowance resets to 50 SMS review requests a month. You can move down to Lite at £6.99 a month, up to Growth at £59 or Pro from £99, or cancel — all from the dashboard, at any time. Every plan is listed on the pricing page.

What the trial does not include

Custom sender numbers, alphanumeric sender IDs and full white-label branding are set up manually and sit on custom plans, not on the trial. Everything else in Starter is on from the first minute, including the complaint firewall and Google review routing.

Before you start

You need your Google Business Profile review link — the onboarding flow finds it from your business name — and consent from the customers you intend to text. ReviewNudge sends on your behalf, so you are the data controller for your customer list; see the privacy policy and terms.
