Terms of Service

ReviewNudge is operated by Adapt Progress Evolve Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Creating an account means agreeing to these terms. This page summarises them; the full text is rendered at reviewnudge.app/terms.

The service

ReviewNudge is an automated SMS platform that helps local businesses collect customer feedback, route positive feedback to Google reviews, capture negative feedback privately, and generate referrals. It is sold on a subscription basis as described on the pricing page.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and access continues to the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Prices are listed in GBP and may change with 30 days' notice.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have valid consent from each customer to receive SMS, in compliance with PECR (UK), TCPA (US) and any other applicable law. You will not send spam or misleading content, will not attempt to circumvent Google's review policies — in particular, no incentives in exchange for reviews — and are responsible for the accuracy of the customer data you upload.

SMS terms

Messages are sent on behalf of a business after a transaction or appointment. A customer receives a maximum of three per transaction: one review request, one optional follow-up after three days, one optional referral request. No recurring marketing messages are sent. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP, which cancels anything pending. Delivery is via Twilio with Vonage as a back-up. Carrier message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use, IP and liability

The service may not be used unlawfully, to harass individuals, or to send unsolicited bulk messages; accounts that do may be suspended without refund. All software and branding remains the intellectual property of Adapt Progress Evolve Limited, licensed to you for your business during an active subscription. Liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded so far as the law allows, and total liability is capped at the amount paid in the preceding three months.

Availability, termination and governing law

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and are not liable for downtime caused by Twilio, Supabase or Stripe. Either party may terminate at any time; on termination data is retained for 12 months per the privacy policy, then deleted. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
